Welcome to Honedogs.com

The unofficially official website of the Hone Dogs' Bocce team

Hone: -v. honed, hon·ing.

1. to make more acute or effective; improve; perfect: to hone one's skills.
2. to move or advance toward a target or goal: The missle honed in on its target.

Dog: -n. dogged, dogging.
1. a domesticated canid, Canis familiaris, bred in many varieties.

2. an unruly man or youth.

Put this verb and this noun together and you get the Hone Dogs, a team of young men dedicated to the honing of their Bocce skills in the quest to be St. Helena's perennial Bocce Ball champions.

This site is filled with a veritable cornucopia of information about the Hone Dogs and Bocce in general so don't be shy, and take a gander.

1) Leave in front
2) Follow that line
3) Love your balls
4) You don't talk about fight club*

Coupled with La Prima pizza, the Hone Dogs are a true force to be reckoned with.
